Originally established as e-Type Ireland in 2008, the Irish management team acquired control of the company through the completion of a share purchase agreement with Media Initiatives Group (MIG) in February 2011.

Ciaran FitzGerald - Managing Director

In addition to founding Flashpoint, Ciaran is the co-founder and Managing Director of Visualise, one of Ireland's most successful outdoor advertising companies. Ciaran also founded Fresh N' Up, one of Ireland‘s largest vending companies. Ciaran captained the Irish Rugby team to two Triple Crowns, three Championships as well as captaining the Lions tour of New Zealand in 1983.

Keith O'Reilly – Commercial Director

Keith's online advertising career began when recruited as the first employee of “IrishJobs.ie” in 1997. Keith worked with a number of internet start-ups before being recruited by telecoms equipment manufacturer Ericsson to head up their business consulting practice in sub-Saharan Africa. In 2003 Keith co-founded the outdoor advertising company Visualise – the company behind the highly successful “POPAd” Shopping Trolley Advertising unit. Keith moved over from Visualise to help start Flashpoint in 2008.

Stephen Conlon – Sales Director

Steve Conlon has been working in the advertising business for the past 5 years. In this time he has worked predominantly in online - driving revenues, publisher ad sales & developing/managing new & innovative advertising opportunities to bring to the market. His core responsibilities in the company are to manage our client base and the sales team, to develop new/existing ad options and to deliver tangible & results focused opportunities for our clients. He believes that our strong focus on delivering great customer service, results and smart online ad options, will place Flashpoint in a position to remain a central part of the Irish online ad space.

Sylvain Corre - Head of Technology

Sylvain Corre has been working in the online advertising industry for the past 8 years. In this time he has worked in performance advertising / direct response on search marketing and display - ROI specialist, worked over multi product international campaigns. Sylvain manages DR campaigns in eType across our different offers. He wants to make eType a leader in Europe in performance advertising while embracing the latest advertising trends such as Social Media.

Gillian Quinn – Account Manager

Gillian has been working in media since 2007. With a broad range of experience in production and development in the broadcast and gaming sectors, Gillian moved into online media account management with MTV and Gillian joined Flashpoint in 2010. Gillian manages several key accounts for Flashpoint as well as building and optimising key campaigns for our growing number of customers. Gillian has a firm focus on customer service and always makes sure that the commercial objectives of customers are to the front of the team's mind.
